chore(lint): 禁用 TypeScript 类型构成排序规则

- 添加 '@typescript-eslint/sort-type-constituents': 'off' 配置
- 允许类型定义中的成员按需排列而不强制排序
- 避免因类型排序导致的代码风格冲突
