chore(config): 优化Kiro配置并调整UI组件样式

- 更新Kiro AI助手配置，新增强制语言和中文模式设置
- 添加用户排名背景框图片资源
- 优化CompetitionLayout组件标题样式（字体大小和字间距调整）
- 优化用户封面页面卡片布局，根据屏幕尺寸动态调整顶部padding
- 删除联想对对碰题库数据文件
